1. How does Tele-King phone card work?

Tele-King's Virtual Phone Card is similar to a standard plastic phone card, but there is no physical card. Once your transaction has been approved, you will receive your personal card number (PIN) along with the usage instructions via email soon after. You do not have to wait for the plastic card to arrive.

2. From which countries can I use the card?

Tele-King's phone card can be used only from continental USA, and calls can be placed to anywhere in the world by dialing toll-free access number 1-800-635-5980.

3. How does usage calculated?

Depending on the rate plan, calls are billed either in 1 minute or 3 minutes increments. As calls are made, the number of usable minutes is automatically deducted from the card card balance, which is recorded on our central gateway switch through which calls are routed.

4. Are there any monthly fees or hidden charges?

Depending on the rate plan, your card may or may not have any fees or other charges. Just read the card details before the purchase. Calls originated from a payphone will incur FCC mandated 69c per call fee.

5. Do the advertised rates apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

Yes, Tele-King Phone Card rates are good 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

6. What happens if I loose my PIN?

For your security we only disclose the PIN to the cardholder that purchased the original card. You need to contact our Customer Care Department and provide all relevant data you submitted when you purchased the card. For this reasons, please save the password you chosed while purchasing the card for the first time. This is done for your security!

7. When my Phone Card is expire?

Your Phone Card will expire in 90 days from the first use.

8. Can I re-charge/re-plenish my card number?

No. Currently, you will only need to purchase a new Phone Card.

9. Is Tele-King's Phone Card a "Voice over IP" service?

Tele-King utilizes multiple carriers to different destinations. So, as IP telephony becomes more popular, some of our underlying carriers may route your call over IP link. But in most cases, your call will be carried over regular global fiber optic cable and satellite PSTN network.

10. Is it safe to purchase your services over the Internet?

Tele-King uses technology that makes it possible for sensitive data to be safely transmitted over the Internet. The information is encrypted using proprietary and secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. Your credit card will be proccesed by Verisign.
